In this exciting role you’ll drive new client onboarding and positively impact trading by confirming commercials and bringing clients onto our systems so they can trade right away. You’ll work cross functionally with our New Business Teams, ironing out onboarding issues and streamlining any backlog, getting to the root cause of the delay to continuously improve onboarding and client management processes. Take a look at the below to understand what you’ll be doing in your role as a successful colleague at Evri!Maintain and update multiple dashboards and trackers to support the sale function.Ensure timely and accurate reporting on pipeline, volume forecasting, and trading profile submissions.Review, update and maintain, cross functional reports, ensuring sales actions are implemented and reported back.Responsible for the allocation of BA and MFN inbox, triaging leads based on area and volume to ensure efficient distribution.Apply Pricebands and defaulting on Business Account customer accounts via CRM.Maintain and update the internal records whilst liaise with third-party providers, to ensure correct tariff is applied.Manage the application of pricebands and credit terms whilst monitoring start dates and initial collections.Liaising with Operations to improve service performance for SME customers.Compile data to identify blockages in client setup and escalate where needed.Align Power BI data with CRM and ensure accounts are assigned correctly.Oversee the application of the Client ID’s and liaising with internal stakeholders.Collate and review sales data via SAP (SOS/order tracking reports).Liaise with the Sales Team to align pipeline stages with setup statuses.Provide general Excel support and ad-hoc admin assistance across the Sales function.Still interested? Great news!We are looking for:Experience within a sales administrator / sales support roleMinimum 1yr of commercial experience in the industryExcel Microsoft Office Specialist Qualification – working towards or obtained.A general understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and IT literature with a excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOrganised, proactive, energetic, hungry to succeedCreative problem-solving skillsAble to forge relationships with the internal stakeholdersCustomer focused and excellent communication skillsAble to constructively challenge a diverse range of stakeholdersAt Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too.
