A globally recognised food and lifestyle brand is looking for a marketing executive to join its growing central marketing team. Known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and joyful food experiences, the business is rapidly expanding its international presence-with recent restaurant launches in Germany, the Middle East, Greece, Montenegro, and India.This newly created role sits within a tight-knit, high-performing marketing team, and will focus primarily on supporting global franchise partners across 30+ territories. From new restaurant openings to campaign planning, you’ll be working across a mix of online and offline channels, helping shape and deliver brand-consistent, locally relevant marketing that brings the brand to life on an international stage.What you’ll be doing:
– Leading marketing support for international openings-from planning to execution
– Collaborating with franchise partners and internal stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns
– Balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery across digital, print, and experiential channels
– Ensuring global brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
– Occasionally supporting UK marketing projects as neededWe’re looking for someone who:
– Has a genuine passion for food, hospitality, and brand storytelling
– Brings a balance of strategic thinking and creative execution
– Is confident, proactive, and comfortable challenging partners when needed
– Has experience working with franchisees or in an account management-style role
– Thrives in a friendly, fast-paced, collaborative environment
– Ideally has a background in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectorsThis role offers the opportunity to grow within a business that has global reach but a hands-on, purpose-driven culture at its core. The salary is up to £45,000.
