Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice” (OSCE SPU Reg. No. 1300906) envisages to support the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) in enhancing the transparency and accessibility of constitutional justice. The Project aims to strengthen the capacity of CCU to deliver constitutional justice that is more understandable and accessible to both legal professionals and the public.
