This hybrid position in Hamburg focuses on user research, localization, and market insights for business users in Spain and across Europe.📍 Important: This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg. Candidates must already reside in Germany and be available for regular in-office collaboration once the local office is open.🛠️ Responsibilities

• Conduct UX and market research in Italy and other European regions
• Design and run interviews, surveys, desk research, and competitor analysis
• Generate actionable insights for product, content, and localization teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI, product management, and international stakeholders
• Support local compliance (e.g. GDPR) and cultural relevance of the platform

✅ Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years’ experience in UX research, market research, or insights
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written), German is considered a plus, but not mandatory
• Familiar with European B2B e-commerce and digital user behavior
• Experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods
• Skilled in tools like Hotjar, Maze, Dovetail, Figma, Typeform
• Based in Germany and willing to work hybrid in Hamburg

• Experience in B2B platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces
• Knowledge of Italian user expectations and regulatory frameworks
• Background in UX, psychology, data analysis, or behavioral sciences
