Our client, a global manufacturer based in West London, is seeking a skilled Paint and Prime Operator to join their cutting-edge anodizing and paint facility. The successful Paint and Prime Operator will be responsible for applying primer and topcoat paint finishes to aerospace components, ensuring high-quality surface finishes that meet stringent industry standards. This is an amazing opportunity for the right Paint and Prime Operator.Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Surface Preparation: Prepare aerospace components by cleaning, masking, and applying surface treatments (TSA/BSA) to ensure readiness for priming and painting.
• Priming and Painting: Apply primers and topcoat paints using HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray guns and other relevant equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure proper adhesion, uniform coverage, and high-quality surface finishes that comply with aerospace standards.
• Mixing and Matching Paints: Accurately mix paints and primers to meet technical specifications, colour matching and consistency.
• Compliance: Follow aerospace industry safety and quality standards, including AS9100 and Nadcap certifications.
