GBV Policy & Procedures Consultant

We are seeking an experienced GBV Policy & Procedures Consultant to provide expert guidance in developing, reviewing, and implementing organizational GBV policies and procedures. The consultant will ensure that all internal policies align with organizational goals, best practices, and donor requirements, and will provide support in capacity building and staff training.

Minimum 10 years of experience working with NGOs and/or humanitarian organizations in GBV.

Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Strong knowledge of organizational governance, compliance, and best practices.

Previous experience in consultancy or GBV training related to policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent writing and drafting skills in Arabic and/or English.
