1. Introduction
The project involves Upgrade of UNCC Main Office at the
United Nation Common Compound (UNCC), located in Tripoli, Libya. The contractor is required to deliver the needed tasks that meets the specified requirements and adheres to all applicable safety standards.
2. Scope of Work Overview
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
a) Demolish and remove the concrete hollow blocks, concrete, electrical installations and any unwanted material on site.
b) Internal plaster and painting.
c) Gypsum board partitions– Aqua Panel or Equivalent.
d) Supply of materials, tools and manpower for installing Porcelain tiles.
e) Supply of materials, tools, and manpower for installing one‑way vision window film.
f) Supply and install furniture items and signage logos as detailed in the BoQ.
g) Supply and Installation of electrical works, Smart TV, and Conference Video as detailed in the BoQ.

3. Project Schedule
• The project must be completed within the 20 days, with milestones set for the delivery of materials, installation, and final inspection.
• A detailed schedule will be provided upon project commencement, outlining specific deadlines for each stage of the project.
