Life Skills Trainer

Skill Hub, a premier learning initiative by Smithson, is currently seeking multiple specialized Life Skills Trainers to join our expanding team in Erbil. We are looking to engage subject-matter experts capable of delivering impactful, high-quality workshops across a diverse range of practical topics. Candidates are not expected to be generalists; rather, we are actively recruiting dedicated professionals to facilitate sessions exclusively within their areas of specialized expertise.

Areas of Expertise (Examples include, but are not limited to):

• Healthy habits and behavior modification

• Sleep hygiene and burnout recovery

• Parenting skills and foundational child psychology

• Habits and routines of high-performing individuals

Key Responsibilities * Facilitate engaging, high-impact training sessions tailored to your specific domain of expertise.

• Customize and adapt instructional materials to accommodate the needs of diverse learner demographics.

• Mentor, motivate, and systematically evaluate participant progress to ensure practical application and knowledge retention

Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in Kurdish is required. Additional fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.

• Experience: Demonstrated professional background as an educator, corporate trainer, or coach within one or more of the specified subject areas.

• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking abilities.

• Location: Must be based in Erbil
