CSSF (Conflict, Stability and Security Fund)
Main purpose of job: The successful candidate for the Conflict, Stability and Security (CSSF) Programme Officer role will be a part of the Somalia Stability, Security and Justice (SSJ) team. The role will focus on delivering quality security and justice capacity building and institutional strengthening projects through commercial, NGO and multilateral partners and subject matter experts as part of the team’s Security and Justice portfolio. This role will require use of programme and project management skills in project mobilisation and implementation; delivering excellent results, financial, and risk management; project monitoring; maintaining effective relationships with partners; and delivery of value for money primarily within the CSSF Somalia Security Sector Reform component. Willingness to work flexibly across the wider FCDO Stability, Security and Justice portfolio will be required at times.
