The Opportunity
Join us as a Project Manager at Climateworks, where you’ll contribute to the Natural Capital Investment Initiative – a transformative, multi-year program aimed at integrating the value of nature into corporate and government decision-making processes.
In this pivotal role, you’ll utilise your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and research and analysis to provide a range of high-level project coordination and delivery services to contribute to the successful delivery of this program of work.
Your influence will extend to managing and delivering innovative incentive programs for natural capital measurement on the ground, collaborating with governments, financial institutions, and food supply chain organisations.
About you
To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience in relevant fields such as food, agriculture, conservation, or natural capital within the Australian context. Your proven ability to strategically manage high-profile projects, quickly assimilate new concepts and information, work with ambiguity, and be excited by the idea of working in an entrepreneurial culture and on pioneer topics, will set you apart.
Your innovative and cross-disciplinary mindset, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to deliver positive, innovative solutions to complex problems and influence stakeholders at all levels, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Diversity is one of our greatest strengths at Monash. We encourage applications from First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse people, people with disabilities, neurodiverse people, and people of all genders, sexualities, and age groups.
