In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for keeping our location clean and safe for our resident community.
• Waste management and recycling for our outdoor and indoor spaces including the parking lot.
• Operate a tractor for handling waste/recycle containers.
• Track receipt of goods

We would like you to have:

• A driver’s license (class 5) to be able to operate our tractor as mentioned above.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

A proven track record for being punctual, honest, fast, thorough, independent, and organized.
