Promotional Products Rep-Senior

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, responsible for working with clients to promote UT Health SA branding through customized promotional products, apparel items, and other various related items. The individual will be responsible for monitoring the workflow of various projects, creating estimates, presentations, and purchase orders, dealing directly with suppliers as well as developing custom promotional campaigns for clients. They will also be responsible for managing the Online store orders, inventory, and production.

Job Duties:

1.     Work closely with internal department to select appropriate promotional products and/or marketing items while following the institutional branding guidelines.

2.     Work with multiple suppliers to source products and negotiate pricing to prepare presentations and write orders.

3.     Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

4.     Process incoming orders which include placing orders with suppliers, communicating project details with the team, ensuring timely product delivery, and issuing purchase orders via internal management system.

5.     Maintain online store, content, daily orders, inventory, and fulfillment.

6.     Follow-up on orders, receive feedback, suggest improvements to create a better customer experience.

7.     Operate embroidery and laser etching equipment for apparel, drinkware, awards, and other items.

8.     Manage and correct any problems with projects and orders in a timely and professional manner.

9.     Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries through e-mail and the departments online order system.

10.  Assist customers with pick up orders.

11.  Remain current on industry trends, products, and education.

12.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Will accept experience in lieu of education.

Experience:

Six (6) years of promotional product sales and service experience is required.
