Position Overview The Student Services Coordinator – RCOB Student Engagement will serve as the administrator for the college’s student engagement app, RCOB EDGE Program. The coordinator will plan and execute events to support student engagement efforts in the Ryan College of Business.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, 
counseling, advising, or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, 
training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Excellent public speaking skills with experience in conducting training workshops. 
* Ability to provide leadership and mentoring to student populations. 
* Experience in networking across departments and programs. 
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity. 
* Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple 
projects. 
* Excellent verbal and written communication, and computer skills. 
* Some experience in customer service is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in higher education and/or student development. Preference will be given to those who hold a MBA or MS degree in Business Administration or Higher Education.

Work Schedule 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Job Duties

o Oversee implementation of the RCOB EDGE Program student engagement app (powered by Suitable) to ensure mastery of competencies for career readiness.
o Input and assess activity/event data and student information in RCOB EDGE Program.
o Execute marketing plan for RCOB EDGE Program to increase student use of the app.
o Serve as the liaison to Suitable.
o Plan and execute events for the Ryan College of Business to increase student engagement, including BusinessPalooza, student org fairs, volunteer events, etc.
o Collaborate and develop relationships with RCOB faculty and staff to support curricular and co-curricular student engagement.
o Assist with overall promotion of student engagement efforts in the Ryan College of Business.
o Assist and support the overall management of data and administration of student engagement efforts.
o Other duties as assigned.
