Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator functions as an integral member of the Department of Radiation Medicine Team. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the instruction, direction and supervision of the students in all clinical aspects. This individual will assist the Program Director with the curriculum development and course content specifications. Maintains necessary records, makes regular and routine clinical site visits to provide clinical instruction as needed and to act as liaison between the students, clinical faculty and academic faculty while assuring the effectiveness of the clinical education component of the program. They will ensure compliance with quality control and radiation safety standards.

Position Summary
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the Clinical Component of the Educational Program, Radiation Safety, and Quality Assurance.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
B.S. Degree and completion of a JRCERT accredited school of radiation therapy. Registered by the A.R.R.T. and Licensed by the State of Ohio in Radiation Therapy. Must have considerable technical, supervisory and evaluation experience in radiation therapy. Minimum two years full time experience as a Radiation Therapist. Minimum of one year experience as a clinical instructor in a JRERT accredited Radiation Therapy Program
