Inclusive Health Partnerships Cluster is responsible for enabling vulnerable people to have access to health and social services to maximise their ability to live independently in the community. The Cluster teams cover working with people who are experiencing homelessness and who are vulnerable due to their health in social housing, boarding houses, or hotels.

The Cluster uses a collaborative approach through grants and brokered contractual arrangements partnering with multiple public and private sector, and community organisations.

Additionally, the Cluster provides leadership and contributes to advocating for system changes that will improve quality of life through more inclusive and equity access to housing and healthcare through work with the Homeless to Home Healthcare Network.

How you will make a Difference:

As the Inclusive Health Partnerships Cluster Lead, you will work within a Shared Leadership framework with the Clinical Nurse Lead to achieve the objectives of the Inclusive Health Partnerships Cluster.

This is a full-time employment opportunity, with conditions and salary at Level 8 of the SCHADS Award.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate your experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring respect for diversity and differences from cultural, gender identity, professional training, and experiences.

Contemporary Health Policy experience, combined with effective engagement and interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and oral), solution and problem solving focused, and IT competencies are also essential for this role.
