A central area of these research interests are centered around the topics of neuroimmunology, immunology and neurodegeneration. We seek an experienced bioinformatician (m/f/d) with a strong background in sequencing data analysis, development of new analysis tools, statistics and, ideally, prior exposure to immunogenetics studies.

We offer:

  • participation in exciting research projects in integrative data analysis
  • close collaboration with several life science groups provide excellent possibilities for joint publications and future career development
  • an international work atmosphere
  • cutting the edge projects reaching from basic experimental approaches to large clinical cohorts (see publications from our lab: Masuda et al. Nature. 2022;604(7907):740-748, Jordao et al. Science. 2019;363(6425):eaat7554. Geirsdottir et al. Cell. 2019; 179(7):1609-1622.e16.)
