The People, Leadership and Teams (PLT) division provides strategic and operational services to the organisation. Working with a range of stakeholders from across the organisation, the People Services (PS) Team supports a broad range of services across the employee lifecycle, supporting our people to deliver to our Strategic and Enabling Goals.

About your opportunity:

We are seeking a People Service Coordinator to join the PLT Division. Reporting to the People Services and Improvement Lead your role is to:

  • Utilise your knowledge of, and interest in, Human Resources (HR) to help us meet our obligations to our employees.
  • Use your customer services skills to provide high quality responses to HR related enquiries.
  • Use your technical skills or interest to enhance the customer experience.

All about you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Human Resource Coordination or Administration 
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills 
  • Innovative and curious mindset 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Strong prioritisation skills and an ability to manage risk to delivery 
  • Ability to assess a situation and pursue a pragmatic solution 

What we can offer you:

  • A base salary of $69,090 and $76,464 p.a. plus superannuation
