Hiring Unit:
Department of Natural Resource Sciences
Position Summary:
Tracking expenditures against budgets, placing purchase requisitions, collecting information for reports, making travel reservations, logistical support for conferences, electronic filing, other administrative and financial tasks, as requested. Hiring program: NSERC ResNet.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Organized and detail-oriented. Collaborative and client-focused. Previous experience with accounting functions, particularly at McGill, an asset. Some availability during the summer semester an asset.  

McGill University is an English-language university where most teaching and research activities are conducted in the English language, thereby requiring English communication both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE C) $17.50
