Determination of p53 polymorphisms in stroke patients.

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
2. Hold at least a PhD degree in Biology or Chemistry.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be carried out and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the successful candidate’s compliance with the requirements of current labour legislation. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Benefits

– Type of contract:
Temporary contract due to production circumstances.
Full time: 35 hours.
– Financial remuneration:
€2,443.20 gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
– Research project:
PSERV19-036. Biomarker determinations.
– Work centre:
Institute of Functional Biology and Genomics (IBFG).

Eligibility criteria

1. Curricular assessment of merits and skills (0-27 points)
A PhD in Biology or Chemistry is required, with experience in biochemistry and molecular biology techniques (western blot…), quantitative PCR, genotyping, statistics, extensive experience in neuroscience research (especially in the field of ischaemic stroke).
a) Curriculum Vitae. Scientific career (publications, projects, conferences, courses, PhD, stays) (0-15 points).
b) Professional experience in neuroscience research, especially in the field of stroke (0-10 points).
c) Certificate of disability (0-2)
2. Personal interview: (0-20 points)

Selection process

The selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit,andability,constitutingtheeffectoneselecting body composed of representatives of the group of research andofthe Technical Unit ofmanagementof IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of three phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basis ofbetteradaptationoftheCurriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest scores in the Phase 1 and 2 will beselectedforapersonalinterview.

Additional comments

Once the process of receiving applications has been completed, the following actions will be publishedontheWEB:
– Publication of the resolution on the admission of applications with the listofpersonsadmittedandnotadmittedaccording to minimum requirements and granting of a period of 5calendardays forthepresentationofallegations.
– Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisional ranking and granting of a periodof5calendardaysforthepresentation of allegations.
– Publication of the final decision with the definitive ranking and minutes of the IBSAL selection committee.
*The publication will have the effect of notification, this publication willreplacetheindividualnotificationtotheinterested parties and will have the same effects.
The announcement shall be resolved, in general, within fifteen working days from the dateofsubmissionofapplications.
The resolution of the selective process will be published in the web page of the IBSAL
