Position details

  • Full-Time or Part Time (0.6 – 0.8 FTE) Maximum Term Contract
  • Classification: SCHADS Level 6 with a salary range of $102,653 – $107,178 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
  • Location: South Morang, Victoria, however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered

About your new role

The Project Co-ordinator will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive project support to the establishment of local partnerships and the establishment of new local mental health services. They will convene a strategy group to implement key learnings and create projects to support the tender and establishment of future mental health hubs, including learnings related to partnership development and maintenance, recruitment and property. Another key responsibility will be to identify key partnership needs based on local demographics and facilitate seamless service connections for prospective guests.

This position will be required to engage with key internal and external stakeholders on the development of services partnerships, referral pathways and co- design processes. While the role will be based within the Mental Health Hubs stream, and it is expected that the project role will support improvements to practice across all Victorian Local Services

What you will bring to the role?

  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to analyse and articulate complex concepts and communicate them to a variety of audiences.
  • Effective as a collaborator in complex internal and external organisations
