ASHM is Australasia’s peak professional body representing healthcare professionals working in HIV, viral hepatitis, other BBVs, sexual and reproductive health. We deliver training, develop the resources and guidelines, run the conferences and advocate passionately for the needs of our members and communities. About The Role

With either a tertiary qualification in finance or previous experience in accounts payable and receivable, bank and general ledger accounts, you will work within a small, collaborative team. Knowledge and understanding of Xero and MS Office are required. This role will also back up payroll when the Payroll Officer is on leave.

Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that finance processes are completed accurately and by the scheduled dates.

The position is busy, hands-on and requires someone with a high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. You will work independently to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
