Minimum Position Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline field and one year of experience in supporting IT systems and end-users. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience maybe substituted for the degree requirement. Must have valid driver’s license. |
Special Conditions | The department is especially interested in candidates who are knowledgeable of troubleshooting hardware/software issues and possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of Apple hardware/software, Windows operating systems, security policies and best-practices. Travel to remote sites may be required. |
Work Schedule | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Some evening and night hours are required. |
