Job Description
We are in search of a talented and motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our cutting-edge Flexible Electronics and Wearables team at DTU. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for synthesizing and characterizing conductive polymers, and eager to innovate in the field of digital health technology.
The job
As our Postdoc, your main tasks will include conducting research and crafting research proposals. At TeamBioEngine, we’re at the forefront of using advanced materials for digital health applications. Wearables and implantable devices aren’t just gadgets for us; they are tools that can transform healthcare. Our expectations of you
The Postdoc will:
- Lead and conduct research in flexible electronics and wearable devices.
- Innovate solutions for wearable devices, from material synthesis to device design and characterization.
- Guide and manage junior researchers and students.
- Disseminate research findings through publications and conferences.
- Develop grant proposals and fellowship applications.
Qualifications:
- A PhD in a related field.
- Proven experience in materials science, electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong publication record.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
The period of employment is 2 years. Starting date is 1 April 2024 (or according to mutual agreement).
