    Our Early Learning and Development Services (ELDS) delivers high quality childcare with a curriculum that brings together Ngala’s many years of childhood development research and experience. We focus on nature play, learning through child-led play and facilitate a free-flow indoor/outdoor policy.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our Claremont Centre team. You will play a crucial role in providing a safe learning environment to children aligned to our way of working.

    Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6pm.

    DUTIES

    • Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
    • Develop strong relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey.
    • Collaborate with a team of educators to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
    • Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent) 
    • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
    • Demonstrated skills and experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old
    • Current Working With Children Check and current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
