About the role:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
At Gateways, we work on a fortnightly, Week 1 / Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:
Week 1
- Saturday 9-3pm
- Tuesday 3-10pm sleepover
- Wednesday 6-9am
Week 2
- Friday 3-10pm sleepover
- Saturday 6-9am
- Sunday 9-3pm

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
