EPIC is looking for a Full time Employment Advisor based in the Indooroopilly office for 38 hours per week who is passionate in making real difference to the lives of people with disability.

About the Role
The purpose of the role is to reverse market EPIC’s services and participants to local business, which requires passion & resilience. Support local businesses in how to employ people with a disability. Passionate for finding roles for participants, provide ongoing support to local businesses and EPIC’s participants for successful employment.

- Will use consultative selling skills to fully understand client needs

Mandatory requirements
- Current driver’s license
- Must hold or be able to obtain a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
- Must complete a national police check
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
EPIC will assist the successful applicant in obtaining a Blue Card and police check.
