The Opportunity
Join us in the pursuit of excellence in clinical nutrition and dietetics at Monash University! We’re seeking a dedicated individual to fill a pivotal role as a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing teaching, learning, practice, and research in this field. You’ll collaborate with Monash University’s Practice Academics and clinical educators to enhance clinical education while translating cutting-edge research into practical applications. Reporting to the Course Director, Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, you’ll play a significant role in shaping the future of clinical nutrition and individual case management education.
As a Level C academic, your responsibilities will span from teaching and assessment, supervising research projects to leading research teams and securing external grants. You’ll need a doctoral qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics, Accredited Practicing Dietitian credentials, and a proven track record in publishing research. Your ability to engage, inspire, educate, and collaborate effectively with students and colleagues is paramount, and your passion for scholarly and research activities will drive success in this dynamic role.
