As the Learning and Development Specialist, you have the exciting opportunity to create and facilitate programs and frameworks that support staff in their professional development.
In this role you will:
- Be instrumental in making a difference to the culture and capability level of all staff
- Facilitate learning and development programs across all modes of learning
- Undertake research and analysis to support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives
In this position you will be working with a highly skilled and supportive team who are:
- Passionate about delivering learner-centred training and development to staff
- Committed to contemporary practice
- Focused on delivering solutions in a customer focused environment
- Committed to delivering a program of work based on the Inspiring People Strategy
This continuing position is part time three days per week and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
How will you inspire us?
You will have:
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating learning and development programs across a wide range of business areas
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and the motivation to strive to develop in your own professional skills
- The ability to work autonomously with strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience in the use of learning management systems and learning development programs, such as: articulate rise 360 and articulate storyline
- Certificate IV TAE or be working towards completion of this qualification

What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $95,822 – $107,800 pro-rated + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
