- Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to design impactful data, system, and functional changes

As a Senior Project Manager – Microsoft D365, you will be instrumental in ensuring project success, focusing on implementing new systems and driving changes to existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership for projects or portfolios.
- Analyse relevant research and operational information, contributing to budgeting and team operations.
- Share best practices across projects to enhance Uniting’s project delivery framework.
- Lead project implementation by collaborating with product owners and subject matter experts.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Engage with Change Lead and Program Manager for change management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 10+ years’ of project management experience.
- Experience managing large scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects and implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, systematic, and disciplined.
- Experience as a squad Scrum Master/PM.
- Minimum 5 years of Project/Agile experience.
- Experience with SAFE Agile methodologies.
- Successful management of complex projects up to $5m.

- Graduate or postgraduate studies.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise or transformational efforts.
- Agile Certification.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience in implementing process change and IT systems across a broad geographical area.
- Effective use of Office365 tools.
