Victoria University (VU) is seeking an accomplished and visionary, inclusive leader to serve as the Executive Director College of Health, Early Childhood Education and Community Services.

About the Role:
Working within a collaborative leadership team and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of VU TAFE , this key leadership role within the College of Health, Early Childhood and Community Services will provide excellence in leadership, strategic planning, implementation and management of the VET programs and staff.
As the Director of the Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the College of Health, Early Childhood, and Community Services. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in academic administration, a commitment to fostering innovative programs, and a dedication to community service.

About You:

- Provide authoritative expertise to develop and execute a visionary and comprehensive strategic plan for the College of Health, Early Childhood and Community Services delivery area, aligning it with VU’s Strategic Drivers.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Health Programs, Early Childhood Education initiatives, community health and service delivery, Hair, Beauty, Makeup and Massage programs, and Business and Legal courses.
- Formulate and meticulously manage the college budget, promoting fiscal responsibility and resource allocation efficiency.
- Exercise exceptional leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the college staff.
- Actively promote and build a high performing and productive integrated Vocational Education workforce that possesses business acumen and leadership skills through fostering innovative practices that develop staff capacity in the emerging tertiary and external environment.
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaboration with the government, industry partners and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery which will assist and benefit our students.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of the delivery programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards of ANMAC, ASQA and TEQSA.
Conditions & Benefits:
This full-time position will be offered on a 5-year fixed term contract basis. A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer, including an employer superannuation contribution of up to 17%.
