About the opportunity
As the Travel and Expenses Review Team Lead, you will indirectly lead a team of Travel and Expenses Senior Review Analysts to ensure that compliance is upheld across the University’s travel and expenses claims.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- mentor and guide a team of Review Analysts alongside the Travel and Expenses Manager
- analyse and be responsible for the analysis of the University’s travel and expenses
- prepare and review of the team’s reports and audit findings
- meet and engage with senior stakeholders of the University
- ensure continuous improvement across the Travel and Expenses audit processes
- present audit findings to senior stakeholders.
About you
- strong experience with auditing within a large, complex organisation
- proven experience in leading an auditing team
- ability to work within the confines of a process and compliance driven organisation and role
- strong stakeholder abilities including experience dealing with senior executives
- highly adept in using MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
- experience with Concur is desirable, not essential.
