About the opportunity

The Centre for Continuing Education is looking for a Senior Education Support Officer (Corporate Programs) to coordinate a broad range of administrative activities to support B2B/B2G programs. CCE delivers a wide range of short professional development course training to government, non-profit and commercial organisations across Australia. You will be a team leader of a small team engaged in the full life-cycle of corporate training operations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • provide end-to-end customer support to corporate clients, which may include client meetings and presentations, preparation of course proposals, administrative support in organising and delivering training, after-course feedback review and client re-engagement

  • actively engage and collaborate with a team of over 50 teaching facilitators

  • coordinate business area priorities, agendas, and support team members in daily tasks

  • lead program evaluation review processes and corporate programs improvements to enhance client re-engagement, customer service excellence and facilitator satisfaction

  • maintain, review and update database records and course proposals to ensure team’s adherence to corporate training reporting and compliance

  • build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of CCE’s professional development course offerings.

About you

  • relevant bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent in training and experience

  • ability to prioritise and plan work activities in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment

  • proven teamwork and collaboration skills

  • advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that are inclusive and responsive to a diverse client base

  • excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • experience with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems

  • two to four years education administrative experience.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Australian Temporary Residents currently employed at the University of Sydney may be considered for a fixed term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the reasons for the position.
