CTS Foods is a leader in food distribution, focusing on servicing independent supermarkets in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. We are growing and looking for a dynamic sales representative to service Montreal and greater Montreal area.

SUPPLEMENT PAY TYPES:

  • Sales bonus structure
  • Mileage reimbursement paid bi-weekly

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Monday – Friday

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct weekly visits to established customer base to nurture relationships, understand their evolving needs, and present our range of high-quality products.
  • Strengthen our presence in the Quebec market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize marketing and selling tools to secure new product distribution; selling-in major seasonal promotions; presenting cross-merchandising ideas and identifying other opportunities for new business development.
  • Explain to customers and/or potential customers how the company’s products and services can reduce their costs and improve their business.
  • Collaborating with management, to develop and execute annual business plans, with a primary focus on growing existing business with the Ilios brand and exclusive imported cheese line.  This will encompass customer assessments, monthly forecasts, quarterly business review, and identifying potential retail opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-years Experience in the Retail Food Industry (Deli, Cheese, and Grocery).
  • Passion for sales, merchandising and client relations.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal one on one with customers effectively.
  • Strong drive for results and customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as an account executive.
  • Dynamic personality and ability to communicate effectively over the telephone
