The School of Sport and Exercise Sciences seeks to appoint 2 Research Fellows in Thermoregulatory Physiology for a 36-month period.

You will be expected to develop and conduct industry funded collaborative research projects in thermoregulatory physiology in healthy persons, acting as principal investigator where appropriate. You will extend, transform, and apply knowledge acquired from scholarship to the research projects and appropriate external activities, including, data dissemination at meetings and written reports. You will also contribute to research that aligns predominantly to the Cardiovascular Health Sciences group within the Research Institute. You will have a PhD in human physiology (or equivalent) and, preferably, experience of inter-disciplinary research in other fields, such as psychophysiology or biomolecular research.
