Hiring Salary/Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
Primary Purpose:
The CHR Data Specialist utilizes HCM software, and inputs HR data submitted for multiple CHR workstreams. This role will be responsible for maintaining, processing transactional and sensitive data for Compensation, Right Start, and Performance Evaluations. This role will ensure the data is accurate, approvals are valid and ultimately uploading into the AppExtender application for retention.
Primary Job Duties:
- Ensure data received for processing is approved and those approvals are valid
- Enter transactions into the HCM application are complete
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of submitted data
- Recommends process improvements based on business need
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Entry Level CHR position
- Minimum of one (1) – three (3) years of related HR related experience -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s Degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Interpersonal skills
