As a Senior Program Manager, REACH Enablement, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to help realise the vision of REACH
- Establish, develop and lead the REACH Enablement PMO function, providing program management of REACH enablement project activities, particularly reviewing, monitoring and reporting on progress against detailed project management scopes, plans, communication and change management strategies, timelines and budgets
- Establish, develop and lead a change management approach for the whole of REACH that ensures all streams of the REACH program are working cohesively and collaboratively towards effecting transformational institutional and cultural change in support of industry partnerships and the broader recycling and clean energy ecosystem in Western Victoria
- Work closely and cohesively with the Senior Program Manager Industry and Research to establish and develop additional overall REACH PMO functions and related activities
- Ensure alignment and effective working relationships across Enablement projects and more widely across REACH and engagement with key enabling functions and project partners for the successful delivery of each project and program as a whole
To be successful, you’ll have:
- PhD in a relevant discipline or qualifications and experience commensurate with appointment at level
- Demonstrated ability to shape strategic thinking in the development of innovative and diverse business models
- Demonstrated experience planning, managing and delivering complex technology translation project outcomes in a timely and consultative manner
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, develop and grow productive relationships and state, national and international networks, partnerships and alliances with industry, government organisations, education and research institutions
- Ability to communicate with influence at both the national and international level across government, industry and academia
