As a Project Officer, you will:

• Scope and project manage activities as well as oversee projects with competing deadlines providing high quality service to all stakeholders
• Triage ad hoc projects and requests and work with appropriate stakeholders to prepare a response
• Develop and provide the necessary documentation and reporting to support the management and coordination of the program and/or project
• Promote teamwork and provide tailored coaching to enable individuals to deliver high quality solutions and the achievement of project goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by providing a customer service approach that delivers high value outcomes

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; or
• Extensive experience and project management expertise
• Demonstrated experience to manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in technology or system project management in large complex organisations
