With a proven track record of success, we are expanding our operations in the UK and are seeking a highly motivated Renewals Specialist.
As a Renewals Specialist, you will play a crucial role in retaining and growing our client base by managing the renewals process. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless experience for our clients as they continue their partnership with us. Join our team and be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our business relationships.
Renewals Management:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and facilitate the renewal process.
- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client expectations.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the value of our products/services.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions for renewals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- Address any concerns or objections to secure successful renewals.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and update internal systems accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on renewal status, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and convey insights to relevant teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns.
About you:
Required skills:
- Customer facing experience is definitely a must for this role! This can include call center, retail, restaurant experience etc. as you’ll be liaising and working with customers day to day.
- You’re driven and have a positive attitude towards learning.
- You’re proactive by nature, but also don’t shy away for asking for help when needed!
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A team player, this is a highly collaborative role with colleagues and customers – although you will also have the opportunity to work autonomously too.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Computer literate, this could be across Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook etc.
Nice to have:
- Negotiation, renewals or sales based skills/ experience.
- You’ll be working with Salesforce a lot, so if you have prior experience this is greatly desired, but we can also train you up if needed!
