To provide effective administrative support to the NIHR Programme Grant ‘Improving outcomes by addressing variation in unmet needs at transition to adult care for young people born with cleft lip and palate’.

This office based role acts as first point of contact for enquiries, and as a liaison point for all relevant internal and external contacts. Provides support to the research team and other academics to ensure work objectives are met, working as part of a team with other staff employed to work on this programme.

• Experience of working in busy administrative role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of data confidentiality, protection and security
• Good IT Skills and the ability to learn to effectively use new systems and software when needed.

Contract type: Open ended with funding until 31/03/2029

Work pattern: Part Time

Grade: F

Salary: £ 26,444- 29,605 per annum

School/Unit: Bristol Dental School

Shift pattern: 17.50 hours per week/ 0.5FTE
