- Base salary range: $87,460 – $92,430 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation

About the team
The Office of Education Innovation and Enterprise is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of digital uplift across the full student lifecycle, including both digital enablement initiatives and digital development and capability support. The Office leads the development of innovations in partnerships with third party organisations and industry, and advances UWA’s short course and micro-credentials within the UWA Lifelong Learning and Continuing Education framework. The Office of Education Innovation and Enterprise also consolidates multiple initiatives with respect to experiential learning at curricula and co-curricular levels to develop an overall strategy for employability, and broader forms of career development initiatives through establishing and maintaining solid partnerships and engagement with Industry to stay abreast of skill requirements and resourcing needs.
About the opportunity
As the appointee you will, under limited supervision, provide senior administrative support in the development of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements and programs, in collaboration with colleagues across the Education portfolio and faculties. You will coordinate professional placement opportunities for students and undertake the administrative functions associated with an area’s placement program. In addition, you will contribute to other initiatives and lead a key area of WIL administration.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Substantial relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Demonstrated ability to provide student support and learning and teaching support in a higher education setting
- Highly developed written, verbal communication skills, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to liaise and network effectively with a range of professionals and establish effective relationships with stakeholders
