Are you a Marketing and Content Executive looking for an exciting new adventure?

An opportunity has arisen for a marketing and content executive with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, marketing expertise and content creation experience. This role consists of developing, creating, and writing content for a range of online and offline channels, as well as helping to plan and execute events and open days across the business.

We are looking for a creative, proactive individual who is enthusiastic and used to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Someone who thrives on collaboration to achieve the best results, with the determination and know-how to get things done.

This is a remote role with regular travel to services, events, and meetings within the UK, when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of digital marketing in line with the group marketing strategy, including SEO/PPC, email, website and social media.
  • Maintain and grow our social media presence including content creation.
  • Write successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Creation of marketing flyers, case studies and brochures.
  • Order print and other offline marketing items to support open days and other events across Active Care Group including the management of our print portal.
  • Writing of regular blogs and media articles
  • Responding to and reporting of our Google reviews.
  • Management of different email inboxes, ensuring requests are forwarded to the relevant person or dealt with in a timely manner.

Design graphics for social media, email campaigns and other marketing collateral.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of working on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, copy writing, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Copy writing, design and production of flyers, posters, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, info graphics, videos, and newsletters.
  • Highly creative with experience in devising digital content that engages, informs, and motivates.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and reporting.
  • Experience with online marketing tools and practices: SEO/PPC, CRM Software (Salesforce), WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong communication skills.

Outstanding copy writing and proofreading ability, with fantastic attention to detail.

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing and content creation role
  • Degree in Marketing or related field

Health or social care sector experience is desired but not essential

Communication

Regular contact with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders, requiring highly developed and well-practiced communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be flexible in communication style depending on the audience and subject.
