Position Description | The IT Service Center seeks top performers with strong customer service skills to join our staff as student employees. Student employees will be trained to troubleshoot a variety of account and computer issues ranging from installing software, assisting customers with logging into their account to fixing printer issues. Beyond the training, you will be part of a team that plays a critical role in the daily operations on the BSU Campus. |
Preferred Qualifications | Matriculated in classes that equal a minimum of 6 credit hours. Maintains a good academic standing. Ability to work independently and to learn quickly. Good customer service skills. Knowledge Of:
