Marketing and Communications Manager- Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana
We are searching for a full-time (40-45 hours) Marketing and Communications Manager (RMHCCIN) to add to our team. This role will utilize the organization’s brand and mission to develop web/print content and engage with the community to extend our audience reach. If you have a desire to work alongside mission-driven people, have excellent communication and public speaking skills, this position is for you!

RMHCCIN serves as a home for families to sleep, eat, and seek respite care when they need it most. A Day in the Life of As a Marketing and Communications Manager
The Marketing and Communications Manager will serve as the department’s tech-savvy leader possessing exceptional writing and editing skills. The primary responsibilities include oversight of publications, website management, brand messaging and awareness, and project management. This position requires a strong passion for the mission of the organization, as well as a desire to leverage our stories as a unique proposition for donors and the community.
What you Need to Qualify for this Job
- 3-5 years’ experience knowledge in marketing, copywriting, and/or public relations and the best practices and procedures within non-profit industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable if in sales/business development, public relations, and/or non-profit management combined with nonprofit experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor or direct management of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities to communicate across diverse audiences, strong commitment to internal and external customer service.’
Work Schedule
This job will require that you work from our main location, weekdays during normal business hours (8-5 PM). There will be some mandatory weekends and evenings in preparation of special events.
