Doctors with Africa CUAMM is the first Italian healthcare-focused NGO officially recognized by Italian authorities.
Founded in 1950 with the aim of training doctors to work in developing countries, Doctors with Africa CUAMM is working in Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and the Central African Republic implementing healthcare projects in partnership with local governments and institutions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous professional experience in logistics in fragile countries and/or low resource settings
- Previous professional experience in construction and rehabilitation fields (management and supervision of infrastructure works, installations …)
- Excellent knowledge of French
- Problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills
- Dynamism, adaptability and flexibility
- Adaptability to live and work in rural contexts
KEY DUTIES
The Logistician will be part of a project that supports health services and structures in the district of Bocaranga. The specific tasks are:
- supervise logistics in the project’s locations
- supervise maintenance, rehabilitation or construction work
- organize and coordinate the use of vehicles, as well as staff transfers and transport of materials
- supervise healthcare equipment and facilities in order to identify any structural problems and take timely action
- train and supervise local logistics staff
- ensure proper materials storage and stock management
- ensure the availability of all documentation necessary for the reporting of project activities carried out and related to the procedures followed
