Job Description

At Netcompany-Intrasoft, we are looking for a Senior Java Specialist to work for one of our clients, a renowned EU Institution based in Brussels.

Your main duties will be to:

• Develop and maintain applications in accordance with specifications and technical best practices;
• Analize requirements;
• Create process and data models, draw up technical specifications, build prototypes;
• Investigate technical solutions which meet a list of requirements and standards;
• Assist the project manager in making proposals for the definition of tasks, estimates and deliverables;
• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings;
• Develop unit and integration test suites, plans and programs;
• Define and integrate technological components or applications;
• Produce technical and user documentation;
• Assist business users of the system;
• Assist with deployment and configuration of the system;
• Coach and support less skilled developers.

Qualifications

If you have:

• Master’s degree + 8 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of experience within Java Development/Technical Architecture;
• Experience with the following tech stack/tools:
  • Java;
  • Springboot;
  • GraphQL;
  • Hibernate/Oracle;
  • Microservices;
  • Kubernetes.

Also, it would be a plus if you had experience with:

• PowerBI;
• Angular/angular.material.
