- Full Time Permanent Position
- $90,000 base + Super + RDO + Up to $15,900 Salary Packaging to increase your take home pay
- Monthly RDO and Flexible Working options available
- Location: Thomastown (and other sites)

Your new role
The Asset, Facilities and Fleet Lead is a key business partner who will enable Kids First to meet it strategic objectives by ensuring that the assets, facilities and fleet are meeting the needs of the business. They will achieve this by:
- Having oversight of all procurement activities at Kids First, standardising approaches taken and regularly reviewing suppliers in place.
- Developing a long-term accommodation plan for the organisation and managing lease negotiations.
- Managing the operation of the fleet at Kids First to most effectively support service delivery.
- Providing strategic advice to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team on matters relating to contract, procurement activities, fleet and property to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Regular reporting to the Executive team including accountability of budgets for sites and fleet.
About you
- A passionate business partner with strong collaboration skills, including the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Successful at building high-performance teams and leading change to improve the organisation.
- Have strong negotiation skills as demonstrated when dealing with suppliers and landlords as well as excellent communication skills for presenting information to other stakeholders such as the Board.
- Previous experience includes management of assets, fleet and facilities including developing policies and procedures.
