On 6 of february of 2024, the University of Huelva issues the following resolution for the recruitment of a Specialist Technician commissioned by the Research Project: REPRODUCTIVE HEALTHCARE AND DIABETES OF WOMEN WORKERS IN AGRO-INDUSTRY UNDER CIRCULAR MIGRATION AND RURAL DISPERSION: ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AND INNOVATIVE TOOLS.

SALARY:

Amount: 784,82 € gross, monthly

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

– To participate in fieldwork design and coordination.
– To take part in assisting farm workers on-site and by phone.
– To schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews to farmworkers and key informants.
– To carry out additional fieldwork tasks such as, geographical analyses, location, context recognition, tracking, sample gathering etc.
– To properly organize and storage the gathered data and samples.
– To report on the data obtained during fieldwork through interview transcripts, field notes and brief reports. 

Eligibility criteria

PREFERRED MERITS:

– Specialized training in research methodologies.
Essential:
– Driving license.
– Private car.

Selection process

MERITS BASED TENDER PROCESS

MERITS (MAXIMUM 10 POINTS):

Professional experience: 2 points (in a related position).
Specific training: 3 points (1 project management, 1 community intervention, 1 research methodology, etc.).
Interview: 2 points (social skills, motivation, time availability, etc.).
Others: 3 points (language accreditation, knowledge on the agricultural environment of Huelva province, other).

In compliance with Section 8 of the Resolution of the University of Huelva of December 12, 2023, which establishes the legal basis and schedule for the publication of public tenders for personnel contracts for the realisation and execution of projects, grants, agreements and contracts with third parties of fixed duration for the year 2023 (BOJA No. 239 of December 15, 2023 ), the application must be accompanied by the following documents in order for the applications to be included in the lists of admitted and excluded applicants:
