Key Leadership Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of a FIA Crew Member
Ensure safe working practices and foster productive team development
Administer performance ratings, assign work, and handle crew administrative tasks
Collaborate closely with USFS FIA liaisons to meet production and quality benchmarks
Lead annual training for the certification of CSFS FIA personnel
