at Mitie Catering, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef at a Goverment Building in Westminter, London – The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

Rate of pay: £43,000 per annum
Main Duties

- Leading the culinary operation led environment, whilst delivering excellence when preparing the day to day staff offering
- Creating sustainable seasonal menus utilising our extensive London Larder partners
- Reporting to the General Manager, delivering creative menus and delivering top class food in line with current trends
- Developing and enhancing the food offer, to drive continuous innovation and heightened presentation standards
- Work with the client team and Mitie colleagues to produce bespoke events and pop ups
What we are looking for
- The candidate will of live in the UK for 2 years out of 5 Years as this position will require vetting to work in government building tjhe candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and ensuring all food safety, allergen information and other key due diligence documentation are maintained
