Place: FIA Region I office in Brussels, Belgium (up to 8 days/month remote work, including from another European location)
Job duration: open-ended, full-time
Starting date: ideally on 1st April 2024

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Assist in policy research, analysis, and coordination to contribute to advocacy efforts.
  • Serve as a key support in monitoring EU policy developments and crafting policy materials.
  • Maintain internal coordination with Members.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings and preparing relevant materials.
  • Contribute to communication efforts, including newsletters and internal/external platforms.
  • Assist in the organization of events.

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., European public policy, political sciences, international relations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated interest in EU policy, with previous internships or work experience in related fields.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze, write, and synthesize policy and advocacy documents concisely.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
